Will has over 10 years' experience in finance including investment banking and with an infrastructure investor. Selected assignments previously undertaken include:
  • Adviser to Avra Commodities in relation to various acquistion and financing assignments in the resources sector 
  • Arranger of US$142m project debt facilities for ASX-listed MZI Resources and the Keysbrook mineral sands project
  • Adviser to QIC in the A$423m acquisition of the Moomba to Adelaide Gas Pipeline System (MAPS)
  • Adviser to Rio Tinto on the divestment of several confidential assets 
  • Adviser to Energy Resources Australia (ERA) on the procurement of a new power generation facility and gas supply
  • Adviser to Tomago Aluminium Company (owned by Rio Tinto, CSR and Hydro) in relation to its power supply arrangements      
  • Lead manager of A$12m renounceable entitlement offer for ASX-listed Legacy Iron Ore
  • Adviser to Rex Minerals on the project debt funding of its Hillside copper, gold and iron ore project in South Australia
  • Adviser to ASX-listed Kingsgate Consolidated on the divestment of a minerals sands project
